Contract No. DC/2006/02 comprises construction of secondary Channels KT2 and KT15 but only Channel KT15 is a Designated Project and covered by Environmental Permit.

This Website contains environmental information only for Channel KT15 under the current issue of Environmental Permit No. EP-231/2005/A. There is another secondary Channel KT14A, apart from Channel KT15, which is also covered by the said Environmental Permit. However, Channel KT14A  is being constructed under another DSD's Contract No.DC/2007/17 that has commenced on 31 December 2007 and scheduled to complete by end of 2010.   1. construction of about 0.8 km of secondary drainage channel;

  3. construction of public access road with footpath;
  4. provisioning and re-provisioning of vehicular/ pedestrian crossings;
  5. associated ancillary works; and
  6. construction of a temporary vehicular access in Portion 5A1 of the Site for vehicular access from Kam Sheung Road to Lot Nos. 398RP, 395 in DD106 which are adjacent to the Site.
